Scout neckerchiefs, long a symbol of the movement around the world, are now approved for wear by American Scouting members whether in or out of uniform.

We have years promoting the use of neckerchiefs in BSA troops and crews. NFC NYLT uses an unique neckerchief every year. I am glad to see that during #WSJ2015 BSA units used our neckerchiefs all the time. #afterwsj2015
